The parcels are shipped at the risk of the customer and we can't be liable for the mistakes and/or the delays of the Post offices. However your parcel may be shipped "Registered" (except Belgium) with an extra charge of € 4,70. Please ask when you order and add € 4,70 to the total of the order in case of payment by Paypal or bank transfer.
